Project included an 1100sf 1st floor full gut remodel including kitchen and structural work. Also included a 2nd floor bath remodel and misc small projects.

Having seen the work of Homestead Renovations at another house in our neighborhood and hearing two glowing reports from other neighbors, I had high hopes and expectations for Mike and his Homestead Renovations crew going into our $120,000 remodeling of our Fairfax home. However, to say they exceeded those expectations would be an understatement. Mike met with us multiple times before we signed any contract, laid out the process and what to expect in the months ahead, and was always available to discuss questions. They were very flexible and didn’t ‘nickel and dime’ us with the minor changes we requested along the way. In fact, the entire remodeling was completed on time and for exactly the amount agreed to. Even months after the remodeling was completed, I received follow-up emails to make sure we were still happy with the results. Much to our surprise, we found the entire effort a wonderful experience.
