SCIF

Homestead Renovations is well aware that for continuity of operations a party would need a SCIF or a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility.This means it meets government requirements to be classified as a secure area to handle information. This can be a room in a home or the space can be enlarged to include more areas. Your SCIF room would be enclosed with special materials to prevent information leaking and to jam surveillance equipment. Access would be tightly controlled by you using a keyless combination or biometric lock mechanism. Retina locks are also available if you think that’s the type of security you need.

Meeting the SCIF requirements you want means that as your contractor we will design and build with your security need. We can use multiple layers of building components that will include steel framing and sheathing. Soundproofing and fire block can all be built into your hide on site deployment room. Access can be controlled by a CD X -09 security lock with a quick release interior mechanism for fast exit.

Security

Working to standards set by the CIA, DIA, DOD and FEMA we can provide you with the finished room that meets any security threshold you require.

Shielding

Multi-layered construction will help block electromagnetic radiation (EMI/RFI).

Other options such as TEMPEST are also available.

STC/ Sound Attenuation

Acoustical controls using embedded sound masking techniques will meet or exceed government standards!
